ABOUT LE SOULA Le Soula is one of the top estates in the Roussillon, close to the Spanish Border. In 2001, Gerard Gauby, one of the pioneers in Bio-Dynamic farming in France discovered some abandoned vines high up in the Pyrenees mountains.
Since then, Le Soula has grown to 22 hectares of vines. In June, 2016 Wendy Paillé was hired to oversee running the domain. Wendy is coming to Los Angeles to show the wines at Raw Wine and will be joining us for what is sure to be a very special dinner.
